Booking FAQs

Pick a unit, choose your dates, and pay online. You'll get a confirmation email straight away.
Card payments go through the booking system. For longer stays we can do EFT. Just chat to us first.
The full terms come up at checkout and in your confirmation email. The earlier you let us know, the more we can do.

Stay FAQs

Check-in from 14:00. Check-out by 10:00. Just ask if you need a bit either side.
Yes. Every unit comes with linen, towels and the basics in the bathroom.
Yes. It's self-catering. Each unit has a kitchen or kitchenette and its own braai. Bring what you want to cook.
Yes, in most units. Fine for messages and browsing. Don't count on it for big uploads.

Activities FAQs

No. Walks, birding, the fire pit and stargazing are all part of your stay.
No. All activities outside the lodge (game drives, bush walks, microlight flights, the spa, anything in the reserve) are booked directly with the operator. We've listed the contacts on the Dinokeng Activities page so you can reach them yourself.

Policies FAQs

Generally no. If a unit page says pet-friendly then yes. Otherwise rather leave them at home.
Yes, especially in the Family Cabins. The smaller units are set up for couples and aren't really suited to little ones.
Not inside the units. Outside is fine.
